914 Highmarket Street

This home was constructed before the American Revolutionary War, although different sources date the house anywhere from the 1730s till the 1780s.  It was purchased from Jane Scott by the Winans family in the 1970s and  Garvey Winans updated and restored it while maintaining its historic charm.  There is a detached Charleston Kitchen behind the house, which is currently an income generating rental property.
